Talas Consulting Ltd. was created by Director Amy Worsfold in 2016 in response to an overwhelming need for quality InterAction Data Stewarding. Through word of mouth alone, Amy had been working freelance since 2011 for firms all over the world, thanks to a trusted informal partnership with the LexisNexis InterAction team.
With so many firms in need, and so few proven Data Stewards available, Amy began training suitable candidates from a multitude of sectors in her unique and efficient style of stewarding. Talas Consulting is now a thriving team of up to 10, with a cumulative 40 years' experience, both in-house and freelance.
Our Core Team
Amy Worsfold is a CRM Consultant with more than 5 years' and 30+ firms' worth of
experience in administering InterAction. She is also an expert-level Data Steward
available for part-time projects all over the world.
She specialises in Data Cleansing Strategy and Data Quality maintenance, and is an
experienced trainer of Data Stewards. Her breadth of experience of InterAction
databases extends to systems from planning, through implementation, maintenance
Experienced with Vuture and the Tikit suite, including eMerge, ReAction Server,
and Bouncebacks to send and process mailings. Her background is in web development,
customer support, and database management for a charity.

Nimo Richmond is an experienced senior CRM Manager, Consultant and Client Advisor,
with 15 years working in InterAction: implementation, development and maintenance, user
adoption and cultural change management, and especially training. Recent projects include:
re-positioning of CRM internally (including upgrades and the rollout of InterAction IMO),
the implementation of Vuture VX, and the creation of a robust database designed to
better record and provide greater access to the firm's experience globally.
Having worked for, and alongside, many different clients within the Legal and Publishing
Sectors, she has accumulated vast business and operational knowledge. As a result, Nimo
is able to plan and manage cost and risk within international structures, establishing best
practice and bringing strong alignment of business and CRM technologies to match

Sandra Plunkett has over 10 years' experience of working with CRM databases, including InterAction and Salesforce. She specialises in working with data, from prepping data for importing, importing data, training, post-implementation work and producing training documents for your in-house team. Using her extensive experience from her work both in-house and freelance, she can help you get value out of your CRM database to return the results you and your business needs.
Tabitha Dodge has been working with Talas Consulting full-time since March 2017.
Having graduated from University of Bedfordshire with a 2:1 BA Hons in Creative Writing, Tabbi has developed extensive experience in digital communications and computer management. Adding to her studies, she earned a Level 4 Certificate in Proofreading and a Level 3 Certificate in Cybercrime, enhancing her critical analysis abilities. Since working for Talas Consulting, she has focused her attention to detail on Data Cleansing and adding to her knowledge of InterAction.
Tabbi is a quick study with a meticulous eye for detail. She rapidly learns new skills as the role requires, and demonstrates an ability to adapt and transfer skills to suit the requirements of the task at hand. Her methodical approach to the tasks has ensured that she has developed a rapport and trust with the firms she works with, and her work for Grant Thornton earned a glowing review:

Eleanor Ross has worked as a Data Steward with Talas Consulting since 2016, specialising in working with InterAction for large-scale global clients. Previously, she has worked as an Interactive Communities Moderator and then Communities Assistant for Tempero Ltd (now ICUC Social), the world’s leading social media management agency. Her experience there included training moderators, creating content and technical guidelines/manuals, and testing moderation tools. Prior to this, she was a Research Associate with the Institute of Physique Management and a Research Assistant at the Royal College of Music. Alongside her work with Talas Consulting, Eleanor is an accomplished professional classical musician.
Her work for Talas Consulting has included a number of exciting data refresh projects, and she is currently working as the Principal Data Steward on InterAction with a Private Equity firm.
